What do I need to bring?

Your own yoga mat or towel to work out on! Most prefer to work out in socks or barefoot, however, athletic shoes would also work

What if I have never done barre before?

No worries! Barre is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Arrive early so your teacher can meet with you beforehand to go over any modifications. Barre is a technique-driven workout, and it’s totally normal to feel a little lost at first—it often takes ~10 classes to feel more confident.

What if I have never done barre, dance, pilates, group fitness before?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all! No dance or fitness experience is required. Our instructors are trained to give you 1:1 support in a group setting. It takes about 10 classes to feel confident—give yourself grace and just keep showing up!

Do I need to be a pure barre member?

No! This event is open to all to attend

Age or fitness level restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Nope! All ages and fitness level welcome. We can modify most positions to accommodate most injuries or limitations . Appreciate we do transition to get on and off the ground from a lying position multiple times, and in a pop up setting - we will be without the ballet barre for balance support.
