About this event

  • Event lasts 30 minutes

Join us at the Lesley University Hall screening room for a special evening as we screen Path of Totality, an intimate experimental documentary by Homa Sarabi that weaves together the legacy of her father’s banned post‑revolutionary musical and newly shot 2024 eclipse footage. Through 16mm film, handmade animation, and hybrid analog–digital editing, Path of Totality illuminates the hidden violences of censorship—then and now—and celebrates the resilience of artistic expression under systems of control.

Immediately following the screening, please join us at the gallery for the closing reception of our current exhibition POWER / PLAY.
