Can I make food substitutions?

No. This will be a charcuterie table spread highlighting all the different ingredients manufactured by our vendors. Each dish on the charcuterie table will be labeled with ingredients allowing patrons to pick and choose their choices.

Will there be vegetarian choices?

Yes, we will have select meat items but the majority of choices will be vegetarian.

Will there be gluten, dairy and nut products as part of the table spread?

Yes, as much as we would love to accommodate all the dietary restrictions it is too restrictive with regards to the vendor mix we want to highlight and showcase.

I have food allergies what can I eat?

Each product on the charcuterie table will be labeled with the ingredients. If you have life threatening allergies cross contamination is a possibility. We encourage you to come shop and decide for yourself what you can consume.
