Join Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS® (PRAR) as we gather with many other local services Saturday 4/22/2023 as we dig deeper into why we have the Fair Housing Law. We will explain the protected classes. Discuss how law protects renters, homebuyers. We will also discuss how to remain compliant as a home seller, home buyer, investor, landlord.
This is a free event for the public and we hope that you find Northside Recreation Center centrally located at 900 Annafrel St. Rock Hill, SC. Those who register by 4/14/2023 will receive a free lunch.
