Fieldstone Circle

In these uncertain times, leadership can feel lonely and overwhelming. The Fieldstone Circle invites nonprofit leaders to gather in a supportive environment to reflect on challenges, build resilience, and nurture meaningful connections with others navigating similar experiences.

Rooted in the Courage & Renewal approach, these sessions provide space to pause, reflect, and find resilience in community. Each month, we center the gathering around a leadership reflection designed to foster grounding, insight, and encouragement.

As a leader, you hold space for so many people: your staff, clients, donors, and community members. This is our time to hold space for you, so you are fortified to continue your important work.

The Fieldstone Circle is co-hosted by Courage & Renewal Facilitators Sue Carter Kahl and Janine Mason, who will bring their expertise and warmth to each gathering.

The Circle will be offered in a hybrid format of in-person and online sessions. All sessions, including the online gatherings, are designed for personal reflection and group interaction. They include invitations for participation in breakout rooms as well as large group discussion.

Touchstones

These Touchstones provide boundaries that cultivate trustworthy space for how we relate to each other in the Circle.

· Give and receive welcome.

· Be present as fully as possible.

· What is offered in the circle is by invitation, not demand.

· Speak your truth in ways that respect other people’s truth.

· No fixing, saving, advising, or correcting each other.

· Respond to others with honest, open questions.

· When the going gets tough, turn to wonder.

· Observe deep confidentiality.
