Join Judy Oglethorpe and Mary Voorhees for this follow-up field trip to the Zoom Riparian Buffer presentation that was held on October 22nd. You can sign up for this field trip even if you did not attend the zoom presentation.

Judy and Mary will take you on an easy walk approximately 1.5 to 2 miles on mainly flat ground to view several buffer sites along the south fork of the Rockfish River. They will discuss how the buffers were established and how they are being maintained. They will identify tree and shrub species and talk about the achievements and challenges of this ongoing project.

We will meet at the Camille Trailhead at 721 Rockfish Valley Highway in Nellysford, Virginia.
