About the Event

This event celebrates the debut of Field to Fork: Farmers' Market Journeys, a Virginia-based docu-series highlighting the rich cultural, agricultural, and culinary landscape of our region. Through immersive storytelling, the series showcases the people, places, and ingredients that define local food culture. The evening will include a welcome glass of prosecco and light bites featuring ingredients from local farms cooked by series host Chef Gianna Stanley.

Oakdale on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 6–8 PM. Doors open at 5:50 PM.

Is this a fundraising event?

Yes! All proceeds help fund Season 1 of Field to Fork, supporting production, marketing, distribution and community outreach.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:50 PM. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the venue, networking, tastings, and silent auction.

How do I join The Harvest Society?

VIP ticket holders and donors will be invited to join. Additional details will be shared at the event and via follow-up email.

What’s in the VIP gift tote?

The VIP tote includes curated local goods and access to exclusive digital resources designed by Chef Gianna Stanley.

Will I be photographed or filmed?

Yes, the event will be documented for promotional use. Attendance implies consent to be filmed.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Tastings will include a variety of options. Please ask on-site about ingredients and accommodations.

Can I bring my own beverages?

Outside beverages are not permitted. A welcome glass of prosecco is included for guests age 21+, and additional drinks will be available for purchase.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t attend, you may gift or transfer your ticket to someone else.

Garden party chic, comfortable, stylish, and suited for an outdoor summer evening.

What happens if it rains?

The event will proceed rain or shine. Covered and indoor options are available at the venue.

Can I participate if I’m not local?

Yes! If you can’t attend in person, we welcome donations and support online. Join The Harvest Society to stay involved from afar.

Is this event kid-friendly?

While designed for adults, older children are welcome with a ticket. Please note there will be alcohol served and no kid-specific programming.
