You don't need to bring anything as it will all be supplied. I recommend wearing something comfortable, including socks as the venue has a no shoe policy.

On Carliol square enter the door that says BodyWorks gym. Go up to the 2nd floor and you will see the signs for Calm AF Wellness studio.

Where is best to park?

The closest public car park is Manors. From 2nd floor there cross over the bridge and you'll be on Carliol Square

I have food allergies can you cater?

If you can contact me prior to the event then yes I can cater

I am currently having IVF/IUI will this be suitable?

I know you have to be very cautious when it comes to fertility treatments and work with this a lot so everything I do has that in mind. If you have any specific concerns please feel free to contact me beforehand

This will be 90 minutes of time for you to relax and prioritise your wellbeing during your fertility journey

I know how hard it can sometimes be on your fertility journey and at times it can feel like sometimes those around you don't understand. That's why I have created this event, designed to focus on you and what your are going through, giving you strength, relaxation and support, from others that understand.

The circle will include:

A guided meditation

Breathwork

Space to talk and be

Oracle cards

Light refreshments
