Food Preservation Technique Class: Fermentation
If you love sauerkraut; we can teach you how to make your own. During our hands-on workshop learn the art and science behind fermentation. You'll discover that many foods from around the world are fermented. We will share unique and interesting ways to cook them. Fall is the perfect season for learning about and enjoying fermented foods! You will go home with a jar of sauerkraut and everything you need to make at home.
This class includes a pickle pebble and pickle pipe, which will make your home-fermented adventure a breeze!
