Who may attend the training?

This training is open to staff from the City of Houston, Harris County Flood Control District, and the surrounding region.

Do I need to bring anything?

All course material will be provided. Please bring something to take notes (pen, notepad, laptop, etc.). Food and beverages will not be provided. Please bring your own water bottle, coffee, breakfast, etc.

Free visitor parking is available in Lots 1 and 2 at the Houston Permitting Center. Metered parking is also available along the street and in the lot in front of Amtrak. A parking map can be found at https://www.houstonpermittingcenter.org/contact-us

How do I find the room?

After entering the Houston Permitting Center, head towards the Information Desk. Take the elevators down to the basement level. Walk down the hallway until you reach Training Rooms B1 and B2. They will be on the left.
