About this event

Frequently asked questions

What all is included with the event ticket?

Event tickets cover entry to the event, along with samples of wine, mead, or cider from our featured vendors, plus carousel rides. Please note that food, full servings of beverages, and shopping from small vendors are not included with the ticket.

Will bottles be available to purchase from vendors?

Yes, vendors will offer various bottles of wine, mead, and cider for guests to purchase. For the safety of our animals, glass is not allowed on zoo grounds, so any glass purchases will be sent to our glass check for you to pick up on your way out.

What all is there to do at the event?

There will be live music performances, animal training demos, local vendors for shopping opportunities, alcohol tastings, and rides on the carousel.

What food will be available for guests to purchase?

We will have Brady’s Chuckwagon & Chuck and Ginny food trucks on the front lawn for guests to purchase food.

Is this a cat themed event?

This event isn't specifically cat-themed; rather, it's a fundraiser to support your local nonprofit zoo and to highlight our big cats in celebration of International Cat Day on August 12th.

What should I wear to this event?

Most people dress in summery, casual attire. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes because there are a lot of inclines & walking!

I am interested in attending the event, but I do not drink alcohol. Can I still attend?

Yes, we have Designated Driver tickets available to those who want to attend the event without drinking. Please note that Designated Drivers must also be 21+.

What happens if it is supposed to rain during the event?

All of our events are held rain or shine. We will make sure there are covered and indoor areas for attendees to stay dry and still enjoy the event in case of inclement/rainy weather.

How does the Glass Check work?

If you buy something made of glass from one of the vendors, you'll receive a glass check number. Please bring this number to the Classroom to collect your purchase before you leave.
