Feline Flow: Yin-Inspired Community Yoga Class
Overview
A free, accessible, slow-paced practice for deep release & mindful movement
Join us for Feline Flow, a Yin-inspired community yoga class designed to help you unwind, soften, and reconnect with your body at a gentle pace. This calming all-levels session blends slow, deep stretches with feline-inspired movement, accessible Sun Salutations, and a relaxing guided meditation to close.
Yin yoga focuses on holding poses for longer periods to release tension in the fascia and connective tissues, improve mobility, and support emotional grounding. With cat-like fluidity and mindful attention, this class invites you to slow down and move with intention.
