Feeling Good On and Off the Trail

A non-diet approach to fueling your adventures, making peace with food, and feeling good in your body.

If you love the outdoors but feel like your relationship with food or your body gets in the way of fully enjoying it, you’re not alone.

This virtual talk is for anyone who’s tired of rigid food rules or just wanting to feel more at ease in their body—on the trail and in everyday life.

Led by Natalie Joffe, an Intuitive Eating Nutrition Counselor and outdoor enthusiast, we’ll explore how to fuel yourself for the long haul—without guilt, obsession, or shame.

You’ll learn:

  • What health actually means (hint: it’s not about weight)
  • How to fuel your body for outdoor adventures without burnout or rigidity
  • The real reason behind sugar cravings (hint: it’s not addiction)
  • How to get out of the “on plan” / “off plan” trap
  • What intuitive eating is—and how it can help you feel more connected and grounded in your body

Whether you’re navigating trail snacks, post-hike cravings, or just want to stop thinking about food all the time, this conversation will help you unlearn the diet culture noise and reconnect with your body—so you can focus on what really matters: being out there, doing what you love.
