What circumstances in your life are making you feel anxious or overwhelmed? The state of the world, country or the environment? Worries about your job, home, finances, health, family, or relationships?
Would you like to feel lighter, so that you can go about your life with more ease?
Join us for a free 60-minute introduction to the latest neural retraining method for emotional stress, called MAP. During the course of the session, you will feel your emotional intensity melt away.
It's easy to do: can you close your eyes, focus on a memory, and breathe while listening to some instructions? Yes, it's that easy, and surprisingly impactful.
Before joining the session, you will watch a 15-minute preparatory video. During the session the facilitator will offer instructions to complete the preparation for your subconscious mind. Then you will focus on your memory.
Come to the session with one memory of something that makes you feel anxious or overwhelmed. Pick a specific memory with some emotional intensity. It may be a conversation, an event, something you witnessed or heard about.
Choose a memory where the intensity is an 8 out of 10 or less, on a scale of 0-10 where 10 is the most intense. This will be your subject for the session. (More intense memories are best addressed in private sessions, not group sessions.) The more specific the memory, the more impactful the session.
Group sessions are done in a way that respects your privacy. You don't need to share what you are working on, and there's no need to talk at all. We'll have you rate the intensity of your memory (0-10) in the chat from time to time during the session so that we can monitor everyone's progress.
Why MAP? MAP, which stands for Make Anything Possible, is a beautifully simple way to harness the power of the subconscious mind. It's based on learning theory which teaches that memories are at the root of all responses and behaviors.
By directing the subconscious to identify and neutralize all memories related to your subject (the specific memory you will be focusing on) your emotional intensity diminishes and your perspective on the issue may change as well.
