About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join Mountain Harvest for our first-ever Online Public Forum, part of our new Feedback Loops initiative—an effort to create a more transparent, collaborative, and accountable coffee supply chain.

Together, we’ll define what a feedback loop looks like for coffee: a space where producers, exporters, and buyers don’t just communicate—but learn and grow together.

During this session, Kenneth and Nico will share an honest report on Uganda’s 2024 coffee season—what went well, what didn’t, and why it matters for all of us. From unpredictable prices to low yields, this season tested resilience across the supply chain. We'll explore how these challenges shaped our work at origin, and how we move forward—together.

This is your opportunity to listen, ask questions, and engage with the real stories and solutions behind your coffee. Because if we’re in this together, we should learn together, too.

What to Expect:

  • A real-time report on the season’s highs and hardships
  • Reflections on producer impact and company response
  • Collaborative space for shared learning and honest conversation
  • An invitation to co-create what comes next

Let’s close the loop—starting now.

We are trying to make it approachable for anyone across the time zones to join. This just happened to be the "sweet spot" across the time zones. Do you need a different time? Just ask us! Email Nico at nherr@mountainharvest.com. Let's see what we can do for you.

What is a feedback loop?

A feedback loop is a process where the output of a system is used as input to that same system, creating a cycle of continuous interaction and improvement. For Mountain Harvest, it means creating intentional spaces for shared learning.
