Feedback Crash Course - March 2026
Overview
The Feedback Crash Course is a professional development program designed for nonprofit and foundation professionals who want to strengthen how their organizations listen and respond to constituents and program participants. Through a blend of cohort-based learning, hands-on practice, and optional coaching, participants build the skills and confidence to design and implement equitable, high-quality feedback loops.
The course is made up of four virtual sessions. You and your cohort will explore the core elements of a strong feedback practice, apply those concepts to your own real-world feedback challenges, and develop customized roadmaps to listen to your community. Each two-hour session includes case studies, practical tools, personal reflection, and interactive peer-learning exercises that help you embed feedback into programs and operations. At the end of the course, participants are invited to take an optional Certification Exam to certify their feedback knowledge.
Participants have the option to add two coaching sessions with Feedback Labs’ experienced staff at a reduced rate for personalized support (March–June).
Three months after the course, the cohort gathers again for a 1.5-hour virtual Cohort Reunion to share progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and reconnect with peers.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Articulate the value of constituent feedback and describe each stage of an equitable feedback loop;
- Design a realistic feedback plan they can begin implementing immediately; and
- Build confidence in strengthening a listening culture within their organization.
