Nope. Project 1GroupLove is not tied to any religion or belief system. It’s rooted in universal values like love, connection, and care for the Earth open to people of all backgrounds, faiths, and worldviews.

Each gathering includes a warm welcome, simple grounding practices, a shared intention, a guided heart coherence practice, and often a short video or reflection followed by a gentle close. No experience needed.

This project is deeply inspired by (not affiliated with) quantum science, the work of Ervin Laszlo, Lynne McTaggart, Dawson Church, the HeartMath Institute, The Global Consciousness Project 2.0, and many different indigenous and ancient wisdom traditions and philosophies, so I would start there.
