Joe Testani (Executive Director) and Megan Vargulick (Director, Employer & Alumni Connections) of the Gwen M. Greene Career & Internship Center at the University of Rochester, will be presenting on developing an effective internship program and how to connect with student talent. He will provide an overview of the hiring process, components of successful internship programs and answer any general questions about recruiting and internship program development.
