We’re excited to invite you to our next FEAST with Prism Event: a communal dinner party series rooted in connection, culture, and culinary creativity. This upcoming edition, themed “Rooted,” celebrates the power of origin stories and how food brings us home.
We’re partnering once again with the incredible team at Tinker House Events and welcoming Chef Paul, a culinary artist known for blending soul, technique, and storytelling through his food. This five-course family-style dinner explores the dishes that shaped his journey, each one inspired by the people, places, and memories that made him fall in love with food.
To elevate the experience further, Johnny Cecena, Bar Manager at Tinker House and one of Indy’s most talented mixologists, has curated a unique cocktail pairing for each course. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful details, and drinks that bring out the heart of every dish. For our NA guests, you’re in for a treat! Johnny’s crafting equally vibrant and thoughtful mocktails for every dish too. (Because let’s be honest… sometimes the best nights are the ones you actually remember)
Whether you're joining with friends or flying solo, this experience is designed to bring people together around a shared table for great food, even better conversations, and a whole lot of joy.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FEAST WITH PRISM WILL BE HOSTED WITH FAMILY-STYLE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS. YOU WILL BE SEATED WITH ALL GUESTS INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET ORDER AT LARGE, SEASONALLY DECORATED, COMMUNITY TABLES.
5-Course Menu (5 Curated Cocktail Pairings Included if purchased)
A special note from the chef:
"My Life Through Food"A curated menu of my personal favorites. Each dish tells a story, inspired by the moments, memories, and people that have shaped my journey in and out of the kitchen.
First Course: Stocks, Sauces & Soup – The Foundation"In culinary school, nothing fascinated me more than learning how to build and layer flavor. I learned that a great base whether a stock, a roux, or a sauce can completely transform a dish. From roasting bones to sautéing aromatics and herbs, this is where my love for depth and detail in cooking truly began."
15-Bean Soup with Smoked TurkeyA soulful start, inspired by the comfort of home and the techniques that laid the groundwork for my culinary path.
Second Course: Salad, but Make It Nostalgic"As a kid, I’d watch my Granny and aunts gather at the table snacking on what I later learned was a salad just tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a seasoned vinegar bath. It was simple, refreshing, and packed with flavor."
Tomato & Cucumber SaladA crisp, clean bite rooted in family tradition and summertime kitchen memories.
Third Course: The Wedding Taco"When my wife and I tied the knot, we skipped the fancy dining for something closer to our hearts: tacos. No linen napkins, just love, laughter, and street-style eats. This dish is a tribute to that special day."
Braised Lamb TacoTopped with pickled onion, jalapeño tzatziki, and feta cheese. A bold, savory bite with a twist on tradition.
Fourth Course: Rice is Life"With parents who both loved rice, it was only a matter of time before that gene kicked in. Whether it’s drenched in gravy or tossed in a wok, rice is my go-to comfort carb."
Crab Fried Rice with Crispy Pork Belly Rice wok-fried with sweet lump crab, scallions, and garlic topped with crispy pork belly. A little over the top but just how I like it.
Fifth Course: The Dessert I Never Saw Coming"I’ve never had a major sweet tooth, but some desserts sneak up on you. This one is crispy, sweet, and ridiculously addictive."
Fried Biscuits with Cinnamon SugarGolden dough bites, fried and tossed in cinnamon sugar a simple treat that hits every time.
