Frequently asked questions

What should we wear?

This is an on-farm event, with some walking necessary. Please wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing on grass for part of the evening. Attire is as casual or fancy as you desire, as long as you are comfortable and leave room for lots of eating!

Where should we park?

Please carpool with guests you know are attending if you are able. We will have a parking guide who will show you where to park. When you arrive, please stay to the right at the fork in the driveway, and you will see the attendant near the chicken coop!

Should we arrive early?

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early. Weather permitting, there will be a hayride to your cocktail service, which begins promptly at 5:00. Dinner follows at 6:00 pm.

Organized by

Catskill Wagyu at Hilltop Farm is a small family farm in New York's Hudson Valley. We raise purebred Wagyu beef, American Bresse chickens for meat and eggs, and love sharing our farm life with our community. We celebrate the bounty of our farm by holding occasional farm dinners. Our mission is simple: to illustrate by word and deed the critical importance of small farms to their surrounding communities.
