How Do We Do Right?
The Ground of Compassionate Action
Taught by Palden Sengye Rinpoche
Palden Sengye Rinpoche was born in Lhasa, Tibet, in 1987 and subsequently fled to India in 1993. There, he was blessed by the compassionate grace of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to study at the Tibetan Children's Villages (TCV) school.
In 1998, while reading in the 4th grade at TCV school, His Holiness the Dalai Lama recognized him as the 7th reincarnation of Palden Sengye Rinpoche of Tashi Lhunpo Monastery. That year, he joined the Tashi Lhunpo monastery to receive a monastic education. Soon after, he took novice vows and later received the complete vows from His Holiness the Dalai Lama at age 20.
At Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, he underwent rigorous study for many years and eventually participated in the various examinations conducted by Gelugpa Universities. In 2019, he was awarded the “Kachen Rapjampa Degree” and subsequently the Geshe“Lharampa Degree” in 2020, the equivalent of PHD at universities worldwide. Since then, he has been serving as a teacher at Tashi Lhunpo monastery and offering dharma teachings worldwide.
