When should I arrive?

We recommend that featured marques arrive at 8 am. General admission opens at 9 am. We will always send an email the day before confirming times. Please note that on-track parking has a strict 2-hour window.

Question 2

I’m running late and won’t make the cut-off for the featured marque, can I still park on track?

Accepted Answer

Although we always try to accommodate attendees, once the on-track parking is closed, for pedestrian safety we cannot arrange on-track parking. We absolutely encourage you to attend and park in the paddock and enjoy the event, it will still be a great time!

Question 3

I’m driving a  featured marques, but don’t want to park on track, what should I do?

Be sure to communicate this to the Lime Rock Park gate staff when you arrive. Also you'll want to arrive at General Admission gate time (9 am) so you remain out of the on-track parking flow

Question 4

I’m parked On-Track, how do I leave?

Accepted Answer

All featured marques will exit the track via either pit lane or the left-hander access road depending on where you are parked. Follow signs, or simply ask some of the parking staff in the high-vis vests for assistance or directions.

Question 5

I’m parked On-Track, can I leave early?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. Follow the standard exit rules via pit lane or the left-hander access road, and you should be good to go. Please be aware that if you are attempting to leave while on track parking is still loading in, there may be a decent amount of traffic so please be patient.

Are food/refreshments available?

Yes, Lime Rock Park Provisions will be open and serving coffee, breakfast, lunch, and other snacks throughout the event. At times, there will also be food trucks available in the A-Paddock

Question 7

Can I bring a dog?

Accepted Answer

We welcome fuzzy four-legged friends to our Sunday Motoring Meets, provided they are leashed at all times; you pick up after them and mind where they are relieving themselves and well-behaved around other dogs, small children, and large crowds. Also, keep in mind the temperatures; no burnt beans!

Is this event family-friendly?

Of course! We do ask everyone to keep in mind that some owners can be very particular about their vehicles, and there are moving vehicles around the space at almost all times, so please keep a close eye on any younger children for their safety.

I want to park with my friends, can we park together?

Accepted Answer

We will absolutely try to accommodate any groups that want to park to together. We ask that you pre-group off-premise, and that the first driver be very clear with the parking staff to let them know you are part of a group. If you have a total car count that would be helpful.

What hashtag should I use for posting on social media?

We’re stoked you would want to share our event with the world - use #sundaymotoringmeet to tag your photos, who knows, we might share it!

Question 13

The forecast says it's going to rain, is the event still on?

Accepted Answer

Yes -- all Sunday Motoring Meets are rain or shine. In the event of lighting or other instances of severe weather we will notify changes via email to all attendees.

Question 14

I just detailed my car and don’t want to drive/park in the grass, what are my options?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, in order to best manage traffic in and out of the facility, you may need to drive through grass and/or on gravel roads to enter or exit the event. We appreciate the pride that everyone takes in their vehicles, but this is out of our control and unavoidable in some instances.

I want to take some photos of my car on track, can I do that?

While we want to give everyone time to capture photos of their car on the track at Lime Rock Park, time and space constraints will typically mean that special requests may not be able to be accommodated. If we are able to, we will.

The best place to start is www.limerock.com - and from there you can learn more about the facility, its history, and other awesome events, like GRIDLIFE, NASCAR, and Historics Weekend.

This Sunday Motoring Meet was great, but I want to drive on the track with my car, how do I do that?

We recommend checking out www.provinggrounds.fcpeuro.com to learn more about the FCP Euro Proving Grounds, an accessible mini-road course that’s safe enough for a beginner and still challenging for an old pro. You can also check the Lime Rock website, or search SCDA for more.

What do I need to bring with me to enter?

To enter you'll need to bring your phone with the confirmation screen showing that you've signed your digital waiver. Please have it ready and on the QR code screen so that Lime Rock staff can scan you in quickly and easily. If you have any questions please email events@fcpeuro.com.
