1:00 p.m. Welcome Address - Presented by Dahlia Graham - President of the FCIA Board of Directors and CEO of Fruition Chocolate Works.

2:15 p.m. Sensory Skills Workshop for Evaluating Chocolate Quality - Presented by Sanna Forslund & Brian Cisneros - Member of the FCIA Board of Directors and Founder of The Northwest Chocolate Festival. Sharpen your sensory skills and explore quality evaluation practices in this interactive workshop designed for chocolate professionals. Engage your senses, develop your palate, and leave with practical tools for assessing fine chocolate — all in real time.


3:15 p.m. Marketing & Selling More Chocolate: Insights from Successful Makers - Moderated by Ricardo Trillos of The Choconnector. Join us for a dynamic panel discussion with experienced chocolatiers and chocolate makers as we talk about real time strategies for marketing and selling more chocolate. From brand storytelling and product positioning to sales channels and customer engagement, this session is packed with insights to help you grow your chocolate business in today’s competitive market.


4:30 Community Tribute: We’ll gather to celebrate the lives and legacies of two remarkable contributors to our field, Eric Case and Ed Seguine.


5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Networking & Collaboration: Meet like-minded professionals and expand your industry network in a welcoming, idea-rich atmosphere. You are invited to submit products from your company to the Chocolate tasting table. Contact Cathy Ford (C.Ford@FineChocolateIndustry.org) for details.

Certain membership levels are entitled to free or discounted tables. Check your email for discount codes that apply to your membership level.
