Matt Osegard has served in the FBI since 2004. He worked on and led a wide variety of Counterintelligence and Cyber matters as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent. He is currently the Unit Chief of the National Counterintelligence Task Force, a position he's held since January 2020. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Osegard served in the Chicago field office.
Prior to his FBI career, Mr. Osegard served as a US Army officer and as a public school teacher in Kentucky. He has a Bachelors' Degree from Marquette University and a Masters' Degree in Homeland Security Studies from Tulane University.
