Enjoy a night of great food and beer at The Galley during our Fat Head's Brewery Beer Dinner! Savor a four course meal handcrafted in-house by our chefs, expertly paired with four delicious beers from Fat Head's Brewery - brewed here in Ohio!
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the first course beginning promptly at 7:00. Seating is family style, first-come first-serve.
Each $85 ticket includes your four-course dinner paired with 5 oz. pours of each beer.
Menu is as follows:
Course 1: Grilled Stanleyville vegetables, pickled garden peppers, and couscous pasta. Paired with Fat Head's Oktoberfest.
Course 2: Tabasco brined chicken thighs over roast corn and edamame bean succotash. Paired with Fat Head's Benjamin Danklin IPA.
Course 3: Coffee marinated flat iron steak with tomato relish and yukon caramelized bacon potato o'brien. Paired with Fat Head's Jaggery Juice.
Course 4: Classic Croissant Bread Pudding with berry whipped cream and whiskey glaze. Paired with Fat Head's Bumbleberry.
