Fat and Free

Co-led by Josephine Amanda and Dena Spanos, this workshop is designed to help you reconnect with joy, play, and freedom in your bigger body. Through grounding practices such as body scans, silly stretching, visualization, and somatic play, you’ll create space to release shame and celebrate your inner child.

Together, we’ll build a collective altar, share in community, and move through somatic experiences where softness and delight can unfold — and we’ll close with a group parachute experience, like when many of us were kids, just for fun.

This event has a suggested donation between $22.00 - $44.00. Payments will be accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal on the day of.
