On Saturday, October 25, 2025, we’re hosting Taste of Flavors with Chef Dan—classically trained in French cuisine and catering since 2010—for a refined, seasonal menu where our pasture-raised lamb takes center stage.
What’s on the table
- Featured entrée: Lamb, prepared with French technique and farm-fresh herbs
- Seasonal salad & vegetables sourced locally
- A beautifully crafted dessert finish
- BYO wine welcome (we’ll provide glassware)
Flow of the evening
- 3:30 PM — Doors open with passed appetizers and time to mingle, enjoy the view, and take photos
- 4:00 PM — Dinner is served at our long farm table; relax into conversation and a memorable meal
