Farm to Field Series
Overview
Farm to Football: Livestock Education Series
Pre-Game Programs at the Campus Farm
Join us for the Farm to Football series—a unique opportunity to explore agriculture and animal science right on campus before PVAMU home football games! Hosted at the Governor Bill and Vara Daniel Farm and Ranch (on PVAMU campus), these interactive livestock educational programs are designed to engage students, families, alumni, and fans with hands-on experiences and insights into modern livestock care and production.
Each session features:
- Live animal demonstrations (cattle, sheep, goats, and more)
- Talks from faculty, students, and ag professionals
- A behind-the-scenes look at how agriculture connects to your everyday life — including the food we eat and the sports we love!
Programs begin 2–3 hours before kickoff, so swing by the farm, learn something new, and celebrate our ag roots before cheering on the PVAMU PANTHERS!
