Feeling stuck in survival mode? Join me for a class to help you reimagine your daily rhythm. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to build simple routines that support connection, regulation, and flow for yourself and your little. You’ll leave with realistic, values-aligned strategies to bring more calm to your days. Perfect for parents of kids of all ages.
What You Can Expect:
- Small group, relaxed setting - Parenting Club meets in cozy, welcoming spaces like local cafés, studios, and breweries. Groups are intentionally kept small so you can feel comfortable sharing and connecting more deeply.
- Guidance + space for your questions - Each session blends teaching, reflection, and open conversation. You’ll get guidance rooted in child development and positive discipline, while also having time to ask questions about the real challenges happening in your home.
- Encouragement + tools you'll use tomorrow - This isn’t about theory—it’s about helping you feel more confident tomorrow. You’ll leave with doable strategies and a renewed sense of encouragement to bring back to your family.
- For parents of toddlers to teens - Parenting Club is best suited for parents with children between 18 months and 18 years old.
Meet the facilitator:
Bud and Blossom Kids was founded by Rose, a certified parent educator and Montessori teacher with 8+ years of experience working with children and families. She helps parents feel confident, supported, and equipped to navigate everyday challenges with their families. Her approach focuses on mutual respect, encouragement, and long-term behavioral change. Instead of relying on rewards, punishments, or control, she teaches parents to address the reasons behind their children’s actions, fostering empathy, cooperation, and self-regulation. She loves getting to walk alongside families through it all—celebrating the highs, supporting the lows, and building relationships that last.
When she's not working you'll find her drinking a cappuccino, watching White Lotus, or making pasta.
