Meet us at the Chazen and celebrate the wonder of birds! Stop by for a hands-on day of artmaking and gallery exploration for all ages.

Each gallery on the 3rd floor of the museum features artwork connected to birds. You’ll have the opportunity to go birdwatching in the galleries and then make your own piece of artwork celebrating our feathered friends.

RSVPs are encouraged but not required. Walk-ins will be welcome as capacity allows.

Food and drink are available for purchase at the Chazen Café.

Generous support provided by Art Bridges Foundation's Access for All program.

Organized by

The Chazen Museum of Art works to collect, preserve, interpret, and exhibit works of art and present related educational programs in support of the teaching, research, and public service mission of the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

We do this because the visual arts enrich individual human experience and because knowledge of art is essential to understanding diverse cultures, past and present.
