Description
The Fall/Winter Strength & Conditioning Program focuses on building stability, power, strength, and mobility through performance-driven group training sessions. Designed for all fitness levels, this program enhances overall athletic development in a positive group environment.
Stability: Improve joint control, balance, posture, and single-leg movements
Power: Enhance explosiveness, speed, and fast-twitch output
Strength: Push, Pull, Lower Body, and Full Body foundational exercises
Mobility: Improve flexibility and movement quality.
Conditioning will include sprints, assault bike, row machine, etc.
