Yes, please reserve your space below. Contestants should bring their own table; however, we can provide a table for $10.00

Do we have to bring our own supplies to decorate?

There will be optional items available for use in the store to add to your tablescape.  It is recommended to have your theme and table setting items with you to set up early.

What time can we set our tables?

Set-up time is scheduled for Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM. Contestants can also come on Friday, the day before, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to set up their tables. We can attempt to arrange alternative times for those who are unable to come during the available hours.

Is there a specific table size?

Tables should be no larger than a card table size or a 4' folding table

What are the contest rules?

PARTICIPATION RULES
Each tablescape must be designed for no more than 4 place settings.  Every table must include a clear theme - for example: Harvest Elegance, Pumpkin & Pears: Rustic Autumn.  A short written description (2-3 sentences) of your theme must be submitted at setup.
