What to Expect at the Fall Small Business and Community Expo:

  • Will be an indoor event consisting of various businesses.
  • Registered vendors must provide their own tablecloth, games, giveaways, prizes, promotional materials, etc.


Business Vendor Booth FAQ?s:

  • To make space for everyone, vendors must restrict their event displays, supplies & activities to a 3 by 5 section of a 10 foot table ONLY .
  1. When will I receive more information regarding my vendor booth location? Will spacesbe pre-assigned or first-come, first-served? Details will be finalized 2 weeks prior tothe event. Notification location will be provided at that time. BizDiversity reserves theright to move vendors as needed.
  2. Will electricity or Wi-Fi be provided? No electricity or Wi-Fi will be provided beyondwhat's available at the venue
  3. Can I sell or giveaway pre-prepared snacks / food samples at the event? All registered vendors are responsible for their own King County Health Department permittingYes, all approved licensed/registered business vendors can sell merchandise at the event. Please bring your own payment processing equipment, portable chargers and mobile hot spot if needed.
  4. Can I have more than one table? No, eligible businesses are permitted to use one half of a 10 foot table per registrant.
  5. How many attendees are expected to come to this event? It's hard to estimate, but we are hoping for LOTS! Please help us promote this fun, free, community celebration by inviting your friends, neighbors, family and co-workers.
