Fall Scavenger Hunt: Family Program (All Ages) $4 Per Person Upon Arrival

Come to Hempstead Lake State Park to hunt for signs of Fall! Together we will explore and learn about the changes that occur during this time of the year. As a group, we will walk nearby the education center to discover what signs of Fall we can find outside. With a New York State Parks Educator as your guide, each person will be provided with a scavenger hunt worksheet, a pencil, and a clipboard.

We will meet in the Environmental Education and Resiliency Center in Field 1 of Hempstead Lake State Park. $4 per person upon arrival at the front desk. No parking fees in effect. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
