Fall Mushroom Workshop

Discover the world of mushrooms with local expert John Schaefer. Learn how to identify at least 15 local mushroom species and techniques for mushroom hunting. This workshop takes place indoors and along trails, so please dress for the weather and wear sturdy hiking shoes. Please bring a basket and knife for collecting. [Max-25 participants] ($25/person)

Programs may be cancelled due to hazardous weather or low enrollment. Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a refund of South Slough program fees.

Please note that Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. When a refund is processed, attendees will receive a refund for the ticket price, minus any Eventbrite applicable service fees.
