Fall Leaves: A Community Enameling Workshop

Fall Leaves: A Community Enameling Workshop

By Baltimore Jewelry Center

Overview

Join the BJC for Fall Leaves, a community workshop where you'll get to decorate your own fall leaf by torch-firing enamel!

Participants will learn about the jewelry making process of enameling with artist Tabitha Taraya, and each person will leave the workshop with their own enameled fall leaf decoration!

What is enameling? Enamel is a surface treatment that involves fusing fine glass powder to metal at a high temperature to achieve a smooth, colorful, durable surface.
