Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Bring your yoga mat if you have one, there will be some provided.

Do I have to participate in the yoga?

No, if you don't want to try the yoga portion of the event, you don't have to.

Do I need a swimsuit?

YES! If you plan on trying out the contrast therapy (hot wood fire sauna and cold plunge) that is a must to have your suit and and towel

Do I have to do the sauna/cold plunge?

No, you do not have to do the sauna/cold plunge (contrast therapy)

Will there be wine and snacks?

Yes, there will be wine after we are finished with the Yoga portion of the event.

Yes, please park in the gravel, and carpool if at all possible.

Yoga Mat - If you have one, if not there will be some available and dress comfy!
