FALL FOR ART | Magical Mushroom Felting Workshop with Marianne Hansen

Learn to create your very own Aminita Muscaria mushrooms on a Mossy Base using wet felting and needle felting techniques on a wire armature. Dive into the dynamic world of 3D fiber sculpture through this hands-on felting course.

Designed for beginners and intermediate students alike, this class explores the process of bringing sculptural forms to life using wool, wire, and felting techniques. Students will learn how to construct wire armatures, needle felt forms using core wool, and apply both wet and needle felting methods using fine fibres to refine their sculptures.

Ticket price includes a kit with supplies needed for the workshop; plus, take home the rest of your kit so that you can continue creating! Each kit contains enough supplies to create up to 6 mushrooms.

Please bring the following supplies with you to the workshop:

A towel, a spoon, a cereal bowl for hot water and two pieces of bubble wrap about 8” square
