About this event

Holiday • Fall events

The Fall Equinox is a sacred pause, a moment to root into the earth, gather your energy inward, and shed what you’re ready to release before winter’s deep rest.

We’ll gather in circle to honor this turning of the wheel through:

•Cacao Ceremony – Sip this heart-opening plant ally and drop into the pulse of the earth.

•Embodied Movement – A weaving of dance and yoga to awaken primal energy, ground your roots, and shake loose old layers.

•Mala Bracelet Making – String each bead with intention, weaving your prayers, protection, and seasonal magic to carry through autumn and beyond.

•Sound Bath – Sink into the currents of healing vibration, letting your body integrate and your spirit be held.

This is a night to breathe with the earth, honor the balance of light and shadow, and step into autumn’s embrace.

Exchange: $44

Bring: A yoga mat, water, journal, mug, and anything that helps you nest in comfort.
