About this event

Science & Tech • Medicine

The healthcare industry is experiencing a seismic shift as artificial intelligence transforms how care is delivered, managed, and experienced. This full-day conference brings together thought leaders, innovators, clinicians, and technology experts to explore the opportunities and challenges of navigating this new era.

Attendees will gain practical insights into how AI is reshaping healthcare delivery models, the realities of bringing advanced technologies into complex enterprises, and the creative applications driving value across the care continuum. The event will also address the critical responsibilities of using AI ethically and sustainably, the lessons learned from early implementations, and the evolving expectations of patients, providers, and stakeholders as adoption accelerates.

Whether you’re a healthcare executive, clinician, technologist, or policy leader, this conference will provide a roadmap to thrive amid disruption and harness AI’s potential to create lasting impact in healthcare.

At the conclusion of the conference, join us for a networking cocktail hour.

Effective September 2nd: Vendor Ticket Policy

The Vendor Ticket applies to any attendee who works for a vendor company and is not currently an annual sponsor of the HIMSS New England Chapter. This includes employees of companies that may be Corporate or National HIMSS sponsors, but are not listed as a local New England HIMSS annual sponsor.

Annual sponsors of our chapter receive complimentary or discounted tickets to many of our events, making sponsorship a great way to maximize participation and visibility. We strongly encourage vendor organizations to become annual sponsors so they can take advantage of these benefits.

Please note: We carefully audit ticket registrations. If we find that an attendee has purchased a general admission ticket but is employed by a vendor company that is not an annual sponsor, we will cancel the ticket and ask the attendee to repurchase under the Vendor Ticket type. This policy ensures fairness to our committed sponsors and helps maintain the value of their support.

If your organization is interested in learning more about annual sponsorship opportunities and the benefits they provide, please contact us—we’d love to discuss how sponsorship can make participation more cost-effective for your team.
