• Measuring & Safety – How to properly measure ingredients and safely handle lye with confidence.
• Custom Fall Scents – Blend your own unique fragrances using high-quality essential and fragrance oils like pumpkin spice, apple cider, cinnamon, or frankincense.
• Molding & Curing – Pour your soap into molds and learn the curing process to create long-lasting, gentle bars.
• Gift & Business Tips – Practical advice on wrapping, labeling, and caring for your soaps — perfect for seasonal gifts or even starting your own soap-making journey!

What to Expect in Class

Introduction & Safety Overview

We will review the steps of cold process soap making, including safe handling of lye, oils, fragrances, and colorants.

Protective gear (gloves, goggles, aprons) must be worn at all times when handling lye or raw soap batter

Hands-On Experience

You will measure, mix, and pour your own soap recipe under my guidance.

We’ll practice advanced design techniques such as swirling, layering, and embedding with holiday themes.

Finishing & Take-Home

At the end of the workshop, you will take home your handmade soap (which requires 4–6 weeks to fully cure).

Written instructions and supply resources will be provided so you can continue practicing at home.

Cold process soap making involves working with sodium hydroxide (lye) and other ingredients that, if mishandled, can cause burns, irritation, or other injuries. For everyone’s safety, all students are required to follow the instructor’s directions and use protective equipment at all times.

By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to sign a waiver before the start of the class.

Student Responsibility

• I agree to wear all required protective gear, including gloves and goggles, whenever handling raw soap materials.
• If I fail to follow instructions or engage in unsafe behavior, I understand that I may be asked to leave the class immediately, with no refund.
