Why does my ticket say "free," and how do I pay for the trip?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket is marked "free" at reservation because we don’t process payments right away. The cost is $70 one way and you'll be billed through your student account after the service, using the UID you provide during sign-up. Credit cards are not accepted.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring up to two large suitcases (stored under the bus) and one backpack-sized carry-on for the overhead parcel racks. For safety reasons, electric scooters, bicycles, and similar items are not allowed on the bus.

Do you need an accessible vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our vehicles are ADA accessible. To ensure we can best serve your needs, please indicate any accommodations you require when you reserve your space.

Question 4

What is the cancellation policy, and how do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your ticket for a full refund through your Eventbrite account up until the final ticket sale date. After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable.
