A guided seasonal nature walk and journaling experience honoring autumn‘s rhythm, the wisdom of trees, and the gift of an extra hour - to wonder, to wander, and to write what you notice.
This is more than a walk in the park. It’s a guided women’s wellness workshop — and a soulful celebration of the fall season, inviting you to slow your pace, honor the shifting light, and reconnect with what really matters.
Held the day before we gain an extra hour, this time-sensitive experience is your invitation to align with autumn’s natural rhythm — to let go, reflect, and find stillness before the season turns again.

What You’ll Experience:
• A mindful and casual 2-mile round trip walk along a flat, paved, wooded trail
• A peaceful sit-spot session in nature near the Tanglewood Arboretum
• A creative and simple nature journaling session using found objects (leaf rubbings, natural imprints, etc.)
• Gentle journaling prompts to help you reflect on your personal season, story, and stillness
• An introduction to nature-based wellness practices including grounding, walking, tree connection, and aromatherapy
• A quiet, supportive circle of women holding space together

We’ll meet in the free parking lot near the campground, then walk a mile to our journaling space on the arboretum lawn. No park admission or parking fee required.
