Welcome to Fairways to Funds! Join us for a fun day of golf at the beautiful Crescent Bar Golf Course.
This in-person event is for seasoned and beginner golfers. There will be a morning session and an afternoon session. The entry fee includes both sessions - you can play one or both events.
The morning session will be a 9 hole, 4 person team scramble with a trophy awarded to the winning team.
The afternoon session will be comprised of various on course games to test your skills and humor. Afternnoon events include teeing off a commode, spin the wheel to determine the one and only club to use on that hole, chipping into buckets, nets and garbage cans, playing a hole with kids plastic golf clubs, putting left handed on a hole, closest to the pin, and long drive.
The golf event will be followed by happy hour with hors d'oeuvres and beverages . Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just starting out, this event is a great opportunity to enjoy a day outdoors and raise money for the Quincy Valley Historical Society to help research and preserve our historic landmarks such as the Crescent Bar Golf Course which was established in 1966. 100% of the golf event proceeds beyond operational expenses will be given to the Quincy Valley historical Society.
The pricing does not include golf cart or golf club rental which are both in limited supply at the golf course.
