It is required to complete the Supervisor Safety Training CBT Supervisor Safety Course (ZZ13212) before attending the in-person class. You may email your certificate to the Occupational Safety org box- 92arw.se.seg@us.af.mil or hand carry it into the class.

SMO Training
Safety Management Orientation (SMO) is the replacement for Supervisor Safety Training (SST). This course trains supervisors in management skills need to implement safety policies and programs. It develops skills to recognize, control, report and eliminate hazards. Must complete course ZZ13212 on MyLearning and bring certificate to class. Personnel required to attend: NCOs and SrA when first assigned a supervisory position, Commissioned officers when first assigned as a supervisor, Civilian personnel upon initial assignement to a supervisory position, and any supervisor needing refresher training.
