Elizabeth is a design researcher working on making the world a better place through projects that strengthen the user experience. As a consultant for over 15 years, her projects have changed people’s life’s for the better. Elizabeth has taught in masters programs such as Bentley University and various organizations worldwide. . Elizabeth is the Founder and Director of World Usability day and author of “Successful User Experience: Strategy’s and Roadmaps” a book that brings it all together, including how to use mistakes to learn and iterate.

The last mile is always the hardest

Ioana is a User Experience Designer driven by the ambition to craft great products that people love. She currently works at UiPath on building RPA-enabling products that are easy to use, all the while striving to set good standards for the RPA industry. On the side, as a personal project, she’s built UX Goodies, an Instagram design community that now has over 200,000 followers. This online space, meant to foster healthy design conversations, has provided her with great insights on the state of the industry and the struggles designers have.

Never fall in love with an idea

Ben Hersh designs to make the world a more thoughtful and creative place. Currently he scouts the future of work at Google's Workspace Studio. Previously he wrangled complex systems at Dropbox, and crafted reading experiences at Medium. He writes about design, culture, and science, and has given talks around the world to inspire curiosity about the tools and methods of design.
