Face Your Fears DEEP DIVE
Overview
There’s something you know you're called to do — write the book, submit the proposal, speak the truth — but fear keeps pressing pause.
This 90-minute workshop is for the writer, artist, or leader who feels overwhelmed, stuck, or secretly afraid to take the next step. Whether it’s fear of rejection, being misunderstood, or simply not feeling “ready,” we’ll help you untangle the emotional weight and start building brave, doable momentum.
In this interactive experience, you’ll learn how to:
- Identify the fear that’s been holding you back — and what’s really underneath it
- Validate the softer, more vulnerable emotions that often go ignored
- Recognize stuck points formed from past disappointment or rejection
- Reframe unhelpful beliefs and replace them with truth
- Take small, aligned steps forward without shame or pressure
- Learn how to bear burdens in community, not isolation
This isn’t about hype or hustle — it’s about honesty, healing, and taking the next faithful step. You’ll walk away with new clarity, a personalized plan, and the emotional tools to keep going even when fear still lingers.
Deep Dive Upsell (3 Monthly Sessions - $57)
This deep dive, led in partnership with a trained and licensed therapist, begins with making a plan, where participants reconnect with their core fear, notice how it feels in their body and thoughts, and learn that fear doesn’t disqualify them from action—it’s actually the soil where strength is built. Through the Violin story and a guided fear check-in, they’ll create a small, practical plan aligned with their writing or calling, emphasizing the power of starting with one doable step each day and giving themselves permission to begin small. From there, we move into breaking through stuck points and internal resistance, exploring how even well-made plans stir fear-based resistance rooted in past pain or false beliefs. Participants will learn to spot these “stuck points,” reframe the stories fear tells, and recognize that resistance isn’t rebellion but an invitation to heal. They’ll be equipped with tools to move through the messiness of progress, remembering that courage rarely looks clean. Finally, the deep dive closes with strengthening courage and sustaining momentum, teaching that fear often resurfaces after movement begins and showing how to practice “opposite action”—choosing what fear forbids—as a way to reclaim authority and obedience. Through spiritual practices, accountability rhythms, and celebration of progress, participants will discover that resistance and discomfort are not signs to stop but evidence of growth, and they’ll leave with both courage and practical tools to keep moving boldly beyond the group. These three sessions will be held monthly on 11/11, 12/09, and 1/13, giving participants space to practice, return, and build deeper momentum over time. The cost for this experience is normally $99, but those who attend the workshop will receive a special discounted rate of $57.
