Face the Fears of Your Flaws Women's Support Group
Overview
Face the Fears of Your Flaws is a supportive space for women ready to challenge self-doubt, silence their inner critic, and embrace the parts of themselves they’ve learned to hide. Through guided discussion, reflective activities, and shared connection, participants will learn to reframe negative self-beliefs, practice self-compassion, and build confidence rooted in authenticity rather than perfection.
This is a unique 4-part experiential group, (you can attend as many as you would like, but attend all 4 to gain full insight) led by Lynette G. Collins, LCPC, LPC, LHMC with over 15 years of clinical experience. This group designed to guide you through a deeper exploration of the complexities of self-doubt and self-discovery. Together, we’ll navigate the past, embrace the present, envision the future, and nurture your whole self.
