Face the Fears of Your Flaws Transformative Workshop
Overview
Face the Fears of Your Flaws is a 4-part transformative workshop series designed for women who are ready to challenge self-doubt, soften their inner critic, and reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve learned to hide. Through intentional dialogue, guided reflection, and experiential exercises, participants will explore how self-perception is shaped, and how it can be reshaped with compassion, clarity, and authenticity.
Each workshop builds upon the last, guiding participants through a meaningful journey of self-discovery: understanding the influence of the past, grounding in the present, envisioning the future, and learning how to nurture the whole self with greater self-trust and acceptance. While each session can be attended individually, participating in all four offers the most comprehensive and transformative experience.
This series is facilitated by Lynette G. Collins, LCPC, LPC, LMHC, who brings over 15 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through growth, self-reflection, and lasting change. The workshops are designed to provide insight, practical tools, and intentional space for women seeking deeper self-understanding and empowered personal growth.
