Fredericksburg All Ages is beyond thrilled to welcome the amazing Lee Bains III & The Glory Fires and Nana Grizol to town on Saturday, October 12th, 2019!

If you haven't seen Lee Bains III & The Glory Fires before - including at FAA's South by Southwest parties in Austin in 2018 and 2019 - you're not going to want to miss this one. Speaking for ourselves, we think Lee and the boys might just be the world's greatest live rock and roll band. (I mean, look at that photo up there via Deadly Designs!) Add to that the fact that they're pretty much the embodiment of what FAA stands for in terms of DIY ethic, social engagement, and a focus on community and community-building. Also, they're some of the nicest people on the planet. You'd be silly to miss this one.

Joining them will be Athens, Georgia's Nana Grizol, who have made some of our favorite indie/punk/folk/pop/whatever records of the last decade or so. The band features former members of Defiance, Ohio, Elf Power, and Neutral Milk Hotel (!!) among others. And, to echo a theme, they're also one of the more socially focused bands out there today.

They will also be joined by a the local Fredericksburg band, Colebrooke!
